By clicking this box and confirming terms of agreement, client agrees to enroll in the auto-pay membership option. Client agrees to have $99 debited from the given credit/debit card, once per month, on the same date, for 3 months of June, July and August. This contract is automatically set to deduct for 3 months. The membership will cancel at the end of the 3rd month. This contract cannot be canceled short term. In signing up for the membership option client is reserving this rate and will not incur future cost at which a new contract and membership will need to be activated thereafter.
