Happy Halloween! Join us for a donation-based Hatha class & Halloween Yogi Social: costumes welcomed! This safe alignment based style incorporates mindful movements that promote healing. Open to all levels and focused on therapeutic movement principles that will help identify imbalances while strengthening the mind and body.

Following our Halloween-Hatha from 7pm-8pm will be our Halloween Yogi Social from 8pm-10pm. We will have Tarot Readings, Costume Contest, Music, Games, Prizes, and Community Connection! Come and be spooky!
