Tranquil Flow is a holistic Hatha yoga practice that integrates physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation into a seamless and balanced experience. At The Bombay Room, our Hatha classes begin with calming pranayama, setting the stage for deep relaxation and mindfulness.
We gradually warm up with sun salutations, followed by a series of movements that include balancing, twisting, and stretching to build stamina, endurance, strength, and flexibility. The class concludes with gentle floor work, leading to a deeply restorative relaxation phase.
Our Hatha Yoga offers a continuous flow of movement, making it an ideal practice for those advancing beyond beginner levels but not yet ready for the intensity of Vinyasa. It’s perfect for reducing stress and enhancing overall well-being.
