Stimulate & strengthen mind, body and spirit with this fun-filled, dance-based workout for health & energy geared to all fitness levels.
If you are looking for a full body workout that includes cardio, strength, and stretching to benefit the entire body, then this workout is for you! This dance fitness class begins with a movement review followed by a 45-minute low impact class that will boost your heart rate and bring a smile to your face. Wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. Bring a bottle of water and (if you have) 5-10 lb. hand weights/dumbbells. The first session of each month is intro/beginner level and the second monthly session will kick it up a notch, but all classes are open to all levels. Just be ready to move as you are able!
