Posting Events Online
- Log in to your Natural Awakenings account
- Go to "My Profile" > "My Events" > "Add New Event"
- Fill out all required fields
- Upload an image (preferred size is 600px x 400px, JPG or PNG in RGB format)
- Review and Post. In section "Free Online Event" click on blue
Select" button.
Ordering for Print
- Select a print option at the bottom of the online form
- On the new webpage, in the single remaining field enter both the date (Weekday, Month Day— Example: Wednesday, March 3) then your 50-word description.Use the following order : Event DATE, name/title of event (this will be in bold) — time, cost (optional), brief description, company, location, phone, website
- Review your order, proceed to checkout and apply any available advertiser credits (value of $20 each)
- Click "Complete Order"
Best Practices for online Event Promo
- For long URLs, consider using a link shortener (e.g., https://tinyurl.com/app)
- For improved SEO, Associate your event with your business listing (Participating Business)
Managing Your Events
To edit: My Profile > My Events > Edit (gray button) > Update Event
To delete: Scroll to "Admin Only" section and click "Delete"
Image Tips & Notes
- Use photos rather than text-heavy images for better SEO
- Calendar preview: 4:3 aspect ratio (max 640x480)
- Full event post: Displays entire image
