Amrita Saraswati now offers classes at her new studio located at The Train Station in Wilton Manors. Classes for women include meditation, chi gung, tai chi, Tibetan/Indian mix yoga and pranayama, as well as workshops focused exclusively on women’s cycle and life change wellbeing. Classes for both male and female include stretching, meditation, chi gung, breathing, and energy movement and healing.

Amrita Saraswati was under the tutelage of the late Master Goswami Sunyata Saraswati, who initiated and authorized her to teach. Over a period of seven years, she incorporated into her daily and weekly routines all that she had learned, and is now ready to share so that others may benefit as she has.

Each class brings a different awareness and response in the body and spiritual mind, while all use breath and movement simultaneously. Classes may vary slightly according to participants present. Beginners on up to experienced practitioners of all ages are welcome and honored.
