Jazzercise of Fort Lauderdale, 412 East Oakland Park Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, is celebrating its one-year anniversary with a special sale and free Jazzercise classes on Saturday, January 5th, 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.

“We want to thank the community for their tremendous support over the past year,” said Chris Hand, Jazzercise of Fort Lauderdale instructor. “We are thrilled to have the opportunity to help so many people lose weight, become healthier, increase their energy and feel better with our easy-to-follow dance-based cardio, muscle training and stretching.”

Jazzercise is a fusion of dance, Pilates, kickboxing, and yoga for a program that is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Classes are choreographed to a variety of today’s music, including pop, country, alternative, Latin and rock.

“I have lost 12 percent of my body weight with Jazzercise,” said Julie Ciucevich of Fort Lauderdale. “They are ‘real’ people who want to work out without feeling like they are being judged. Everyone is friendly, which makes the classes a pleasure to attend.”
