Since opening in June of 2013, Fresh First owners Mary and Francesca Siragusa say that the days are flying by and the excitement still stirs. Everyone from the person with celiac disease to the vegan, vegetarian, and conscious eater has been very pleased with their dining experience.


Fresh First offers rice and quinoa bowls, salads, soups, sandwiches, and sides, 100 percent gluten, corn, and peanut-free. Francesca bakes daily from scratch all of the gluten-free items, and they have many customers who order in advance bread, cookies, and cakes regularly. Their menu is internationally inspired, all organic and without GMOs. Menu items range from a sprouted hummus sandwich to quinoa burgers to a spiced apple grilled cheese.
