The Food for Health Foundation is providing 100 full scholarships to the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, Cornell University’s Plant-Based Nutrition eCornell Certificate Program for 2019. Applicants are encouraged to apply now by visiting The foundation’s mission is to share the benefits of plant-based nutrition by providing funding for research and education.

The Food for Health Foundation in partnership with Yello Creative Arts and Events Center will be offering a cooking series, “Third Thursday”, led by local plant-based chefs. The classes are free and open to the public. The cooking series will start in January 2019 and occur every third Thursday of the month. This is a demonstration-style class for all levels, from newbies in the kitchen to culinary artists.
